Model: MERLIN WUP 2000 with installed compressor •The WUP 2000 feature Two Doors that are perforated to allow quick additional juice drainage when feeding via the installed axial valve. The doors require manual sliding for the purpose of press filling and emptying. •The Doors slide back to reveal two openings each of 450 x 380mm in dimensions. •2 of Stainless Steel drainage channels are electro-polished for easier cleaning. Each channels features drainage slot of 1.6 x 20mm. The vertical drainage channels can be easily removed from the outside of the press. •Twin pvc membrane system installed on each side of the tank to gently squeeze the grapes. The membrane is in almost a ‘new’ condition •Installed Siemens PLC with automatic programs with Standard and Champagne programs modes. •Full Bore Axial Valve, 100mm, with Pressure Relief for automatic feed from a must pump.
