Thanks to the coupling to the hopper (optional) is possible to transfer mash consistency fluids, dregs, destemmed grapes and other alimentary products. Greenock Creek Vineyard and Cellars
The original cellar door was opened in 1988 with just two wines, a Shiraz and a Chardonnay.
