Kamberra Winery - Canberra, ACT Complete Plant & Equipment 2,000-3,000 tonne capacity Seeking Expressions of Interest The Elvin Group is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for the purchase of all plant and equipment associated with the former Kamberra winery and vineyard. This is a unique opportunity to purchase and relocate most of the equipment required for an efficient, 2000-3000 tonne winery, or to increase existing capacity. The Kamberra Winery was established by BRL Hardy in 2000 in Canberra’s Showground precinct. The current owners purchased the facility in 2007. 3 x 3000 L Variable Capacity Tanks
We have 3 stainless steel variable capacity tanks that are surplus to requirements. They are in excellent condition, having been at the back of the fermenters, and therefore out of harm's way. Fully stainless, flat bottom tanks sold to us new by Australian & NZ Winemakers, with two x 2 inch BSM butterfly valves (one drain, one racking), one s/s tasting tap, a level indicator (not in use), and a crane to lift the lid. The lid also has structural elements to make the lift even. Each tank is 3000 Litres, two are exactly the same, the third is slightly different but nonetheless does the same job. We are asking $4000 each for these. We are happy to consider any reasonable offer, and we are happy to consider a discount if more than one or all three tanks are sold to the one customer. These have been used for 10 years with no problems whatsoever, and have been instrumental in making many Gold Medal wines! All reasonable offers considered!

Greenock Creek Vineyard and Cellars
The original cellar door was opened in 1988 with just two wines, a Shiraz and a Chardonnay. Now grapes grown on the 21Ha vineyard include Shiraz, Cab Sauvignon, Mataro and Grenache with some of the vines in excess of 100 years old. Wine is only produced from grapes grown on the property and so the quantities available for sale each year is determined by the season.
