Job Description
Clyde Park Vineyard is situated on the truly unique hills surrounding the Moorabool River, 30 kilometres north of Geelong, Victoria. The property was established in 1979 with small plantings of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Further plantings have increased the holding to thirty-five acres under vine, expanding the existing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, adding the varieties of Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris.

Clyde Park is looking for a casual Vintage Cellar Hand for Vintage 2019.

The successful candidate must have their own transportation and be prepared to work outside normal hours and occasionally on weekends. This is an all rounder job so vineyard and cellar work will be required.
The position is likely to start mid-February and continue for around 12 weeks.

Cellar Hand jobs include:
• Crushing & Pressing
• Additions
• Transfers and racking
• Barrel work
• Red ferment management
• Cleaning and sanitation operations

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role the following will be required:

• Vintage experience
• Willing and able to work shift work and on weekends
• Able to work in a small team and love to make and drink great wine
• A Forklift Licence will be looked at favourably
