Job Description
HOLLICK ESTATES, a prestigious winery in Coonawarra, South Australia, seeks the services of an experienced Winemaker.

The Winemaker will be responsible for all winery production operations and involves light domestic travel to promote the Hollick brand. This position will answer to the General Manager.

This role offers an attractive remuneration package including family friendly on-site accommodation if required, to be negotiated commensurate to the applicant’s experience and qualifications.

Job Requirements
Applicants will have completed an Oenology degree or similar, have solid experience (6+ Vintages) in the wine industry and should expect to operate in a “hands-on” fashion in a 500-tonne winery.

Excellent communication, computer and people management skills are essential and exposure to “EZY Wine” would be an advantage.
