CAEP will place you at a winery, provide you with health insurance, help with visa processing, and provide you with 24/7 support during your time in the United States so your experience is stress and worry-free! Our goal is to help you have the best experience possible so you can enjoy the vintage and your time in the United States!

CAEP is partnered with over 400 of the top wineries throughout the USA who are looking for wine enthusiasts to help with harvest. We have high paying cellar and laboratory positions available. Experience with one prior crush, laboratory experience, or higher education in the wine industry is required.

CAEP is an organization that brings people from all over the world together to travel, learn and earn. Over 20,000 participants have experienced life with our host families and businesses all around the world. After completing a CAEP program, many CAEP participants have found careers in agriculture and run large farms, nurseries, wineries, turf management, and horse operations in their respective countries.

Through a CAEP enology training or internship program, you will gain hands-on experience in many areas of the business while learning from some of the most innovative winemakers in the industry! As an enology program participant, you will have the opportunity to be involved in many of the steps in the winemaking process, including grape process, fermentation, vineyard sampling, punch downs, racking, sanitation, data entry, lab analysis, and much more!

Harvest time enology programs are paid positions available in cellar, viticulture, and laboratory.
