Great opportunity managing and growing all aspects of selling our super premium wine directly to our loyal customers.
Established in 1974, Passing Clouds makes wine for the people who drink it from the cool climes of the Macedon Ranges and the warmer of Bendigo. We are a second generation winemaking family producing wines of longevity and elegance.
The role centres around Cellar Door sales – being able to convey our stories and share our wines with customers in a way that creates a genuine and warm wine experience while at the same time achieving sales targets.
We have a rapidly growing Wine Club with loyal members, the role includes managing all aspects of this including communications, managing bi-annual shipments, following and creating leads for new members as well as regular communication.
Communication and maximising sales and goodwill with other DTC sales channels will also be a part of this role.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and motivated. They will need to be able to work excellently and efficiently autonomously and as a team player, including maintaining a collaborative relationship with our Dining Room staff. They need to have an ability to sell effectively and meet sales targets. They will possess excellent computer skills. A high level of customer service and relationship management skills are also required and of course a passion for wine!
