Terra Sancta means special place. With the first planted vines in Bannockburn, 50% of vines own rooted, and a wicked diversity of soils, from the limestone of Shingle Beach, to the clay of Slapjack Block, the essence of Terra Sancta is to make all of our practices Terra-specific, and reflect our special place in harmonious wines. Working with François Millet of Comte Georges de Vogüé across our 33 hectares in Bannockburn, Central Otago we are confident our farming and winemaking philosophy brings the very best of our place to each bottle.
