Job Description
As part of a small team who work closely together through all aspects of the business the Assistant Winemaker's main role is winery and laboratory work, including tastings and trials, cellar work, record keeping, bottling, and analysis. Additionally the Assistant Winemaker will work in the vineyard and contribute to sales and marketing activities.
This role is 100 percent hands on.

Winemaking qualifications, winery experience (vintage & non-vintage), vineyard experience, forklift and RSA certification will all be viewed favourably.

You will be competent carrying out standard small winery cellar procedures and laboratory work. You will be able to undertake all physical activities involved in winery and vineyard work.
