Job Description
Barossa Grape And Wine Association is further investing in their long-term vision by searching for a new, senior Marketing role, to lead the Barossa’s global push. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a close, professional team in a great community and lead the charge in positioning Barossa on the global stage.
You’ll be working closely with the CEO, developing marketing strategy, collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders, managing and delivering various marketing plans, projects and programs designed to enhance the global status of brand Barossa. This will rely heavily on your commercial savvy, finely-honed influencing skills and strong understanding of marketing disciplines.
It’s a hands-on role, offering plenty of variety and opportunity to flex your creative skills, while working out of the BGWA offices, just off the main street of Tanunda, in the heart of the Barossa.
Job Requirements
You’re a wine industry insider with a global perspective and a keen understanding of the what it takes to be successful in the Asia-Pacific market. You’ve enjoyed previous success in a marketing role and will relish this chance to further develop your networks while working on a truly great brand.
You’ll be tertiary-qualified, have a deep understanding and appreciation of wine and wine culture, and be very happy to take the opportunity of some domestic and international travel. We expect too, that you will enjoy challenging and developing your team of two, and be very happy to work and live as part of the Barossa community.
