Mandoon Estate produces premium wines in the Swan Valley region.

As the public face of Mandoon Estate, the cellar door is an integral part of our business. Our goal is to provide guests with an authentic and unique tasting experience and we are looking for enthusiastic applicants who can help create a memorable experience for our guests.

Open seven days, applicants must be available to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends and public holidays. This is a casual based position with availablity from September through to March.

In this role there will be an opportunity to grow your knowledge in wines with an intimate look into the wines here at Mandoon Estate and the winemaking process where you can use this knowledge to generate sales from a positive customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Sound wine knowledge and an interest in learning more
• Relatable Hospitality experience
• High standard of customer service
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for customer service with a friendly and genuine approach
• A proactive multi tasker and well organised during busy periods
• Attention to detail with a high standard of personal presentation
