Job Description
We have an exciting new full time role for a passionate, well organised manager. You will lead our Direct to Consumer (DtC) sales activities and execution of exceptional customer experiences.
The role will encompass cellar door, wine club, guesthouse, events and social media channels.

The right candidate may also be involved in wholesale and corporate sales. You will be working in a beautiful location with outstanding artisan wines. Start date mid September.

Job Requirements
Your previous roles will demonstrate that you are strategically minded, financially savvy, results oriented and work collaboratively within a team.
Customer service is central to this DtC manager role, so you should enjoy and excel at communicating the energy, commitment, sophistication and artisan ethos of the company.
You will be able to inspire colleagues who you work with and the customers that you interact with.
You should be a creative thinker and achieve team goals.
Your previous experience will almost certainly include wine or tourism related sales and/or a strong understanding of wine.
You will need experience in most of the following:
• e-sales
• cellar door sales
• CRM, events
• digital sales
• marketing

The role will be 5 days/week and involve weekday and weekend work with the option of working remotely for two of the weekdays.
Reports directly to the business directors.
