Credaro Family Estate seeks to appoint a Cellar Door and Functions manager at their Cellar Door in Yallingup.
An exciting position for the candidate who enjoys working with people and has highly developed interpersonal skills.
We are looking for someone to help take our customer experience to the next level and make sure functions and events held at the cellar door are perfectly executed. The role includes tasks related to the day-to-day operations of a Cellar Door – wine tastings, staff training, inventory management, reporting, stock management as well as selling/promoting and planning the venue for functions & events.
The venue has breathtaking valley views which is a big drawcard for wedding receptions... You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing manager to drive sales in the Direct to Consumer channel and build Wine Club memberships and offerings. Weekend work is a requirement of this position. RSA and Approved managers licenses are needed.
Salary will be negotiated and dependent upon skills.
The successful candidate must have effective time management skills, sound computer skills, a strong customer service ethic, be self motivated and have the ability to work autonomously within a supportive team environment. If you enjoy a challenge then this position is for you.

The Credaro family first settled in Margaret River in 1922. Initially, small plots of vines were planted to provide the family with table wine. Commercial plantings followed in the 80s and 90s and today the family manages over 100 hectares within Margaret River.
The winery is situated on Bussell Highway, Carbunup at the northern end of the Margaret River Wine region. Processing approximately 1200 tonnes of fruit annually, the winery is equipped with state of the art machinery to handle ultra-premium parcels of fruit.
