Job Description
Greenstone Vineyards was established in Heathcote early in 2003. The company and brand name both arising from the copper infused basalt in the soil, greening during its oxidation. Early in 2015, a change of ownership and the additional purchase of an established site in the picturesque Yarra Valley saw the brand re-homed. The focuses of Greenstone Vineyards are make the Australia premium wines and promoting the wine cultural of Australia. Two vineyards, one philosophy, Find the Best Locations To Grow The Best Grapes, Regardless Of The Wine Variety.

Producing award winning single site wines though our winery from each estate, and building a following via our successful cellar door, we are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced individual to drive sales on a national and international level for our premium wine range.

The role will directly reporting to the CEO and the senior winemaker, working closely with the key members of the management team.This role requires the successful candidate drive growth through existing trade relationships and developing new accounts.

The key responsibilities:
• Influencing the brand plan and marketing strategy
• Driving growth in sales and managing profitability
• Expanding distribution channels
• Positioning and managing the brand within the market
• Liaising with the winemaker for production/sales volumes
• Developing new international markets
• Reporting on sales

Being an integral part of a small team, you will provide feedback to the production and cellar door team, involving staff from both areas to assist you in building the market presence of Greenstone Vineyards. If you are self-motivated, have a proven track record in key account management and sales, great communication and negotiation skills, a passion for premium wine and a flexible “think outside the square” attitude, this could be the position for you.

Advantageous to applicants would be some ability in Ezywine software, and the language of Mandarin.

Package commensurate with experience.
Job Requirements
• At least one year industry experience with background in wine sales.
• Absolute commitments for agreed business plans and sales targets.
• Exceptional communication skills combined with excellent characters and work ethics.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• Able to start the position immediately.
