Job Description
Iris Capital is the proud owner of three iconic Hunter Valley brands and their vineyards; Hungerford Hill, Sweetwater and the just relaunched Dalwood, which is the birthplace of Hunter Valley wine. A comprehensive and awarded portfolio of premium single estate wines are produced from each Hunter property alongside premium cool climate wines from Tumbarumba and Hilltops in NSW.

This permanent full time role is based in Sydney and will concentrate on driving positive sales results for all three brands. The role will report to the General Manager who is based in the Hunter, so the successful candidate will be self motivated and be comfortable working autonomously.

The Role includes;
• Managing and growing existing accounts and sales relationships
• Business Development for each brand to secure new sales
• Identifying and pursuing promotional activities to improve sales
• Developing and implementing sales strategies for each brand
• Reporting on sales activity

Job Requirements
Location: Sydney

The Candidate
• Strong wine knowledge and sales background, both on and off premise.
• Professional, energetic, self motivated and proactive with a passion for fine wine.
• Previous experience is essential and a established client base highly desirable.
• Excellent organisation, written and verbal communication skills
• Current valid car license
