VINTAGE INTERNS!!

2017 Vintage Intern

12th and Maple Wine Company is a premium producer located at the base of the Dundee Hills in the Willamette Valley utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and a wide variety of winemaking techniques.
We are a custom crush winery with multiple clients and have a strong focus on quality and attention to detail. You will be able to work alongside a number of different winemakers from across the Pacific Northwest. Each with their own styles, techniques, and stories of how they came to be.

We are currently seeking Harvest Interns to join our team for the 2017 harvest season. As a Harvest Intern you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of crush activities while learning from a highly motivated and dynamic production team.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Fruit processing
• Sanitation of processing/cellar equipment
• Punch downs / Cap management (We have pulse air as well!)
• Barrel work
• Assist with draining and pressing
• All other harvest related duties as required
* Forklift experience is a plus, but not necessary. If you have not driven a forklift we will train you if you are interested.

Ultimately, if you’re looking to work hard and join a big family while making quality wines we would love to hear from you. The period of employment is generally September-November but could vary depending on the season.
