Job Description
Our Vintage Laboratory Technician works in a fast paced environment and is responsible for supporting winemaking and grape intake functions through timely and accurate analysis and quality testing of our wines.
Measuring and recording of fermentation data and enzymatic analysis are also important elements of the role.
Employment would commence late January 2019 through to approximately April 2019, with peak work patterns consisting of 12 hours per day, six days per week.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated person with high attention to detail, solid time management and strong interpersonal and team skills.
The ability to use initiative and operate autonomously to maintain efficient work flow is paramount.
Tertiary qualifications in a science or winemaking discipline will be highly regarded and industry experience is preferred.
