Job Description
A vacancy exists for a suitably qualified person to join Baileys of Glenrowan for the 2018 Vintage. The period will be approximately 10 weeks duration starting mid-January 2018. This is a hands on, primarily night shift role, involving extended hours over the vintage period, including weekends.
The successful applicant will be responsible for organising and managing night shift.
Job Requirements
The applicant will have a minimum 3 years Winemaking Experience, with formal Industry qualifications.

Be able to supervise others to ensure an efficient flow of work in the cellar and be highly skilled in all aspects of vintage cellar work.

Be skilled in wine analysis and interpretation of results.

Demonstrate close attention to detail and have the ability to work under pressure.

Have a passion for wine, show enthusiasm and an understanding of wine quality.

When required be able to work extended hours of shift work.

Good health and fitness is essential, as much of the work is physically demanding. A pre-employment medical will need to be successfully completed prior to commencement. Must have current appropriate Visas to work in Australia.

A forklift licence will be an advantage.
