Job Description
With the support and direction from the National Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be based in Richmond Victoria and your responsibilities will include;
• Re-launch the premium St Leonards Vineyard brand into the market in on and off premise trade in Melbourne
• Work with existing national distribution partners of the All Saints Estate brand
• Service direct chain contacts and expand range in consultation with directors
• Assist with maintaining existing export customers. Gain and process orders and grow overall export market sales
• Achieve or exceed sales targets within set parameters
• Drive new business opportunities
• Conduct off site tastings
Job Requirements
We're looking for the following specific skills and experience:
• At least 3 years wine industry experience/knowledge with successful sales and negotiation skills
• A passion for food and wine
• A positive, solution-seeking attitude with developed analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent personal and verbal presentation skills and strong customer focus
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships at trade level (both retail and on premise accounts)
• Ability to muti-task and the drive and enthusiasm to work autonomously
• Well-developed territory management and business planning practices
• Current drivers licence and vehicle
• Australian citizenship/residency

In addition the ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong networking ability
• Strong organisational skills
• The ability to achieve sales targets and distribution KPI's
• A team player who is honest, reliable, loyal and flexible
• The ability to confidently engage with people and share your love of wine
• High quality presentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• A passion for sales
• The ability to develop product knowledge quickly
• RSA qualification (or a willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
• High level knowledge of Microsoft Office, WeChat and Saleforce
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin would be preferred
