A Recent Graduate Story…
Ken Chase, Chase International Wine Consultants Ken Chase was born and raised in Montreal and received formal education at Loyola of Montreal, and then the University of Freiburg in Germany. Always having had an interest in wine, Ken was drawn to the Master of Wine Technology and Viticulture course as an opportunity to deepen his subject knowledge and sharpen his communication and research skills. His experience of studying this program has led him to embark on further study at PhD level within the Melbourne School of Land and Environment. Ken thought that “Aside from the course content, the most important feature of the Masters was the flexibility of the delivery, which allowed me to continue on with my already very busy and successful business. The course content was up to date and flexible enough to switch gears if there was ground breaking news in the field we were studying.” Ken now runs his own business, Chase International Wine Consultants, from Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
