Cellar Positions Hunter Valley

First Creek Wines is a contract winemaking and bottling facility, crushing approx. 3000 tonnes. In addition to our own label we also produce wine for customers in the Hunter Valley, Mudgee, Orange, New England and the Southern Highlands regions.

We are looking for cellar staff, for an immediate start in our winery.
Duties will include cleaning, general cellar operations, racking, filtrations, transfers, barrel work, crushing, pressing and all other duties as required.

Previous experience, dependability and an ability to follow through work are essential, as is a passion for wine. The successful applicant will be the person who has demonstrated an ongoing ability to work over and above the role of simply performing a task. A current forklift licence, confined spaces ticket and tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded but not essential.
