Further your wine career in the boutique cellar door at Saltram Winery Estate in the Barossa Valley, and share your passion for wine by creating a memorable visitor experience. .

Reporting to the Senior Venue Manager you will be responsible for the everyday running of the venue, achieving and exceeding the key financial targets for sales and budgets whilst controlling costs. Achieve effective staffing, merchandising and promotion of the Saltram brand through the execution of industry best standards, displays and presentation of the venue. Be responsible for maximising sales revenue and profitability, promoting the venue for functions and events and participating in regional promotions and events.

Requirements

Your highly developed leadership and supervisory skills will match your superior customer service standards and strong commercial acumen. A highly developed wine and brand knowledge and have preferably completed a basic wine appreciation course. You should also possess strong organisational and communication skills organised. A full drivers licence is essential.
