We focus on one thing only; crafting the highest quality wine we can.
We are a little obsessed! We only serve wine that truly represents our craft and we love to share with you the stories behind each wine.
And of course, we like to drink it too, always in good company.

Gilbert began its journey in 2004 by fifth generation winemaker Simon Gilbert. Simon has always had a strong desire to do things his own way and create a label true to himself, at the same time paying tribute to his heritage.
Will, Simon’s son became the Assistant Winemaker in 2014 and then Winemaker in 2016 and has become a driving force for further innovation, experimentation and further attention to crafting wines which represent each region.
