Job Description
We are located in Nuriootpa in the Barossa Valley and make both red and white wine with fruit sourced from Clare, Barossa Valley, Eden Valley, Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale and Coonawarra. We have a focus on premium small batch winemaking with a hands-on approach. We work with a multitude of varietals with a focus on Riesling, Chardonnay, Fiano, Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz, Cabernet, Grenache and Pinot Noir.

Job Requirements
Duties will include.
Winery Lab work – Sulphurs, Foss, pH/TA and grape maturity analysis
Vintage Cellar Work – White juice and ferment additions, Red fermentation management and barrel work
Winemaking – Blending, tasting, sampling, grape maturities

Valid work visa, Forklift and Car license necessary.
