Registration
Do I have to register to use the site?
No. You can browse and search ads without registering. However if you register, the site will remember your various preferences when you visit again.
Jobseekers If you want to apply for a position advertised on this site, you will need to register.
Employers and Recruiters, if you want to place a job ad or search the jobseeker database, you will need to register.
 
 
How much does it cost to register?
Registration is free.
 
 
Do I need experience / qualifications to register?
Yes, experience and/or qualifications in your chosen or similar field is necessary before registering on the website. 
Pricing and Payment
How much do Ads cost?
Ad costs vary depending on how long you want your ad to run, and possibly ad category. Please refer to the Pricing Schedule for details.
 
 
How long does an Ad run?
You can run your ad for 30, 60, 180 or 365 days, however you can STOP your Ad at anytime. Contact us if you require a variation.
 
 
Creating and Managing Ads
Do I have to Register to place Ads?
Yes. You must be a registered user to place ads. Registration is free.
 
 
I posted an ad, but it does not show up in search results. Why?
You need to RUN your ad. Go to Manage My JOBS and click on the Arrow icon to the left of the ad title. The system will ask for your credit card information, and your ad will run as soon as your payment is processed.
 
 
I filled my job vacancy. How do I stop my ad from running?
From the My Account page, click on the STOP icon to the left of the Ad title
 
 
I filled my job vacancy but still have time left on my advertising. Can I edit the Ad to post a different job?
No. The Ad purchased for a particular job is specific to that job. A new Ad must be purchased for a new job.
 
 
What category should I put my ad in?
You can post your Ad in up to three categories simultaneously. If you don't see a category that suits your particular job, please Contact Us and we will set up an appropriate category for you.
 
 
Banner Advertising
Can I purchase Banner Advertising?
Yes, Banner Advertising is available on ALL pages in ALL categories. Please CLICK HERE for more details and pricing.
 
 
Privacy
I don't want my name, phone number or email address to appear on your site. What should I do?
You can choose what personal information is or is not displayed for each Job Ad you post.
 
 
If all my information is private how can a jobseeker/employer contact me?
When your Job Ad appears, instead of showing your contact information the following appears: "This jobseeker/employer has chosen to remain private. You may contact this jobseeker/employer via anonymous email by clicking here." The jobseeker/employer completes an online form and the system sends you an email without revealing your information to the jobseeker/employer.
