Job Description

This exciting role, based at our Renmark site, is a great opportunity for a seasoned production leader with proven people skills seeking their next challenge. We are looking for a passionate, 'hands-on' individual to lead our workforce in the production and despatch of quality wines in a safe and positive work environment.

Job Requirements
ABOUT THE ROLE
The incumbent will be responsible for botting processes for a range of wine and spirit products, storage of packaging materials, finished goods, imported goods and offsite bottled products; and despatch of products to a range of customers. Specific duties will include:
• Supervise production and warehouse despatch operations
• Manage day to day employee relations in accordance with the site enterprise agreement
• Manage rostering processes and time keeping systems
• Develop, implement and deliver a range of operationally focused training
• Manage and identify issues in efficiency and develop improvement strategies
• Assist in the development of operational, quality, safety and critical control systems associated with production
and despatch operations
• Undertake, in conjunction with other staff, document (policy, procedure and form) reviews
• Take an active role and set an example in continuous improvement, compliance, safety and food safety
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and in particular the production,
despatch and winemaking team members
• Engage in meetings and provide input into planning, scheduling and offline activities
• Develop and maintain a harmonious, team oriented working environment for all employees

ABOUT YOU:
• Goal oriented and possessing of high levels of energy to drive change
• Experience in working within and developing teams and exceptional communication skills are critical skill sets for
success in this role
• Advanced computer skills
• Supervisory experience in FMCG and/or wine industry
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude is essential
