Job Description
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to all cellar operations, quality control, record keeping, wine analysis, upkeep and maintenance of winery plant & equipment, grape sampling and maturity analysis, grape processing, cleaning, red and white fermentation management, wine vinification, barrel work, filtration and bottling.
Vineyard duties include such tasks as machinery operation, pruning, canopy management, under vine management and netting.

Job Requirements
All About You:
• Ideally you will have some years’ experience in the grape growing and wine industry
• You will form an essential part of our team with strong focus on quality, cellar hygiene and team work
• A current forklift license and a truck license will be advantageous
• You will have experience in a wide variety of tasks in and around the vineyard & winery
• You are self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable with excellent organisation and communication skills
• You are hardworking, proactive and work well in a small team environment
• You have the ability to work autonomously at times.
• You have a passion for the wine industry

Occasional extended hours during the week (specifically Vintage) and over weekends as required.
