Job Description
Hawkesbury Brewing Company is in the final stages of completing a new multi beverage site on the Central Coast.
The site has been set up to be one of the most flexible manufacturing sites in Australia we make Wine, Beer, Cider and have a Creamery on site and a Distillery to be completed next year.
The site has all the brewing and processing capability plus 10 pack lines allowing us to produce most pack formats and 1.5 million L of tank capacity.

We are seeking two cellar hands initially with room to progress into brewing, blending, distilling or quality.
The candidates need to be hardworking and highly motivated.
The roles could be day shift or afternoon shift.
Formal qualifications will be offered to the right candidates if this is of interest.
Job Requirements
We are looking for people with the following attributes;
• Experience in all general cellar duties. Including cleaning, yeast management, fermentation management, filtration (training on all areas will be given), etc.
• Having a positive approach to work, physically fit and a can-do attitude.
• Laboratory experience favourable
• Willing to help in other parts of the business if needed.
