The Opportunity
Working in a passionate and supportive team, time will be spent building relationships and creating engagement, as well as:
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to by all team members
Equipment, chemicals, procedures and other tasks are assessed before implementation, and assessments are reviewed
• Actively engage in educating team members on safety, appropriate PPE and safety behaviours
• Ensure appropriate stock levels are receipted in and maintained
• Actively investigate as part of a team any incidents within the cellar
• Change management and risk assessment protocols are utilised and outcomes monitored for effectiveness
• Lead by example at all times while maintaining company values
• Counsel team members in relation to people management issues
• Coach and Mentor team members
• Ensure that there is effective communication across Cellar Operations at all times
• Lead projects as required and ensure Team Leaders participation
• Proactively contribute to setting budgets for Cellar Operations

Our new Cellar Manager will be driven and passionate, keen to get things done and able to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a team player with:
• Previous experience working within a similar environment or role
• Continuous improvement and frontline management experience
• Leadership, initiative and excellent communication skills
• Impeccable presentation and an ability to connect with people
• A genuine desire to nurture and develop the people within your team
• Business financial acumen and demonstrated success in profitable operations
