Job Requirements
1. Project Planning: Develop project plans as required for wine production, packaging, distribution, and marketing. Formulate timelines and allocate resources to ensure projects are executed efficiently.

2. Project Control: Monitoring active supply chain projects, coordinate and engage with stakeholders, detect and control risks promptly, and report project status through regular meetings.

3. Data Analysis and Statistics: Collect and organize supply & demand data, and build models to dynamically forecast both short-term demand changes and long-term potential trend. Assist in adjusting project scopes, including bottling schedules and sales activities, based on data-driven insights.

4. Supply Chain Support: Participate in and sustain communication with suppliers and distributors to ensure efficient supply chain functioning. Collect critical information and provide timely feedback on any signals that might affect project outcomes.

5. Product Inventory Management: Monitor product stock levels and turnover, and collect raw data for supply and demand analysis as well as model development.
