Job Description
San Miguel Yamamura Australasia (SMYA) is an established leader in packaging and contract wine filling in Australia and New Zealand. SMYA, a collective packaging specialist is composes of its key group members being, COSPAK, Vinocor, JMP Retail and SANECTOR.
SANECTOR are a dynamic organisation providing the Australian wine & beverage industries a comprehensive range of services relating to bottling, packaging, warehousing and distribution of wine and beverages.
We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to hit the ground running and join our team in Margaret River - WA
This role is responsible for:
- Oversee the smooth daily running of the customer service team, including coaching, training and development;
- Identify areas for process improvement within the customer service department and implement strategies to
streamline operations;
- Processing of customer orders;
- Liaise with stakeholders to maintain tight control over production requirements;
- Monitor progress of orders in the system and keep Production and QA up-to-date with order requirements;
- Collaborate with other teams and customers to understand expectations and ensure a cohesive approach to
customer needs;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery supporting.
Job Requirements
Your Background:
- 3+ years' managing teams with strong leadership experience
- Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and addressing client needs
effectively.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, skilled at managing competing priorities and ensuring deadlines are
consistently met.
- Team player that contributes to our small team with great communication skills, integrity, adaptability and multi-
skills.
