Job Description
Pizzini Wines in the heart of Victoria’s King Valley is seeking an outstanding and innovative direct sales and marketing professional to join the team and help drive our growth over the coming years.

The successful applicant will be responsible for championing direct sales across the Pizzini Wines business including our; loyalty program, wine club, mailing list and website/online sales.

This is a new role that would suit someone keen to make their mark in direct and online sales and in delivering excellence in customer service.

The role includes:

• Direct to Consumer strategy development
• Sales Planning and Implementation
• Direct to Consumer Operations, Customer Experience and Communication
• Membership Growth
• Staff Training in partnership with our customer service team.
• Contributing ideas to the development and effective delivery of onsite and offsite and virtual events and promotions for the Pizzini Wines and the Mountain View Hotel.

An attractive salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Job Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous direct sales experience, inclusive of strategy development and implementation
• An unrelenting desire to provide the highest level of customer service to and appreciation of our customers
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a dedicated team
• An understanding of the relevant direct to consumer sales/customer management software and platforms
• Exceptional organisational skills
• A thirst for innovation

Please note that previous experience in the wine industry is desirable but not essential.
