You’ll be comfortable fulfilling GST obligations and the preparation of BAS returns, and familiar with managing WET compliance.
As the go-to subject matter expert, you’ll lead improvements in financial processes and systems and be on the lookout for opportunities to add value. Who we are
Formed in 2005, Artisans of Barossa is a group of seven wineries who share a like-minded approach to winemaking and wine enjoying.
The collaboration of Hobbs of Barossa Ranges, Purple Hands Wines, Schwarz Wine Company, John Duval Wines, Sons of Eden, Lienert Vineyards and Spinifex Wines represents a determined and heart felt commitment to work together to encourage and promote the art of small batch, sub-regional Barossa winemaking.
Today, Artisans of Barossa is a successful and growing business, incorporating Vino Lokal Wine Bar and Wine Room in Tanunda, a successful direct marketing program, and an expanding wine production operation. Later this year, Artisans will start work on a major hospitality development in the heart of the Barossa.
You are tertiary qualified, carry intelligence, positivity and integrity in roughly equal measure and are blessed with an eye for detail, an analytical mind, and curiosity about people, systems and continuous improvement. Most importantly, you’ll relish using your communication and problem-solving skills to engage across the Artisans of Barossa team to help lead the business’s future commercial success.
Familiarity with MYOB will be an advantage and proficiency with the MS suite and especially Excel, is a given.
