This market leading business is now seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to become a pivotal member of their team with the opportunity to further grow within this multinational organisation.

Role Overview

Based at Rowland Flat and reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing HR generalist support to the designated groups. The HR Business Partner will be working closely with the functional departments of the organisation and supporting regional HR tasks in order to maximise employee engagement and performance as well as to achieve HR objectives. The HR Business Partner will contribute to the organisation’s vision and mission and strive for continuous improvement in order to create and enhance a positive workplace culture.

Job Requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Demonstrated HR generalist experience in a FMCG blue-collar environment;
• Experience with change management, seasonal and/or bulk recruitment as well as forecasting and reviewing payroll budgets;
• Sound knowledge of the Modern Awards/Enterprise Agreements and Workers’ Compensation Self-Insurance;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively coach a team as well as to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders across the business;
• Valid driver’s licence.

The successful candidate will possess best practice, innovative thinking and strong business acumen with the ability to multitask and prioritise efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A person who has tertiary qualifications in HR or related disciplines with experience working in a global organisation is highly desirable for this role.
