Job Description
Do you have a passion for wine, a natural flair for connecting with people, and the drive to deliver standout customer experiences? Olive Farm Wines, located in the heart of Swan Valley, is on the lookout for an influential and enthusiastic Cellar Door Sales Leader to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
• Be the face of Olive Farm Wines, building strong connections with visitors and creating unforgettable wine experiences
• Share your love for wine, engaging and inspiring customers (WSET qualifications are a bonus, but your personality is what counts!)
• Lead our hospitality and service efforts, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile
• Take charge of managing our Wine Club and help grow its community
• Maximize sales opportunities by leading tastings, tours, and customer interactions
• Think on your feet to handle customer inquiries and feedback, turning every interaction into a positive one
• Support stock control, online sales, and keep our Cellar Door looking flawless
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
• A current WA RSA & Approved Manager Card
• Strong organizational and administrative skills (POS software, Microsoft Office, and online booking systems proficiency)
• Excellent personal presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
• A full driver’s license and reliable transport
• Passion, energy, and a drive to achieve – you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
This is a part-time role with potential for growth beyond the summer season, perfect for someone with the ambition to excel and make a real impact in our team.
