Mitchelton is looking for enthusiastic Vintage Cellar Hands to join our 2025 harvest crew.

Commencing in the New Year and concluding towards the end of April.

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our full-time Cellar Hands and Winemaker.
• Report directly to the Winery Operations Manager.
• Engage in all aspects of production, from vineyard management through to bottling and dispatch.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
• Previous vintage experience.
• A commitment to safety and personal responsibility.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Good physical fitness to handle the demands of vintage.
• Flexibility to work various hours and shifts.
• A genuine passion for making exceptional wine and enjoying the process.

Applicants must have Australian citizenship/residency or a valid existing Australian work visa.
