Job Description
Key responsibilities:
 Assist company sales and marketing team to manage marketing activities
 Give advice to company executives and clients on marketing strategies to achieve targeted markets, increase consumer awareness, and effectively promote goods and services
 Plan, implement and organize marketing targets, strategies and projects to support wine sales targets and business growth such as trade events
 Provide support to the marketing team in the development and implementation of branding, pricing, promotion, communications and other marketing issues
 Assist with coordination of functions and road shows (domestic and overseas)
 Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities for new and existing wine products and services
 Analyze data and develop sales plans according to the needs and preferences of clients and prepare reports
 Collect and analyze details of competitors market trend and activities, including product specifications, market share, pricing, and promotional materials
 Seek potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
 Prepare company’s marketing budget to senior management team .
 International travel require
Job Requirements
Key Qualifications, experience and attributes:
The successful candidate will be someone who has:
 Preferably Bachelor degree in Marketing, communications, business or similar field
 Proven Record of experiences in Wine marketing
 A track record of success in marketing coordination or a similar role, with a strong grasp of marketing principles and best practices.
 Outstanding communication and content creation abilities.
 Proficiency with marketing software and tools, as well as other office software.
 An analytical mindset capable of interpreting data to inform strategy.
 Creative and innovative thinking, with a focus on delivering exceptional marketing outcomes. Self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
 A proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects at once.
 Proficient in Chinese Mandarin and English
 Other Language skill is desirable
