Cooperages 1912 is a subsidiary of Independent Stave Company, a renowned family-owned company established in 1912, and a global leader in providing oak products for wine and spirit maturation.

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Based at Heinrich Cooperage in the Barossa Valley, you will:
- Develop new business relationships and service an existing client base across New South Wales, Victoria, and South Australia.
- Report directly to the Managing Director, working autonomously to drive sales while delivering tailored solutions to customers based on a deep understanding of their wines and needs.
- Be part of an innovative company with a full-time Research & Development department, where you will regularly engage with new products to ensure Cooperages 1912 remains at the forefront of our industry.
- This role requires extensive interstate travel, and at times, includes weekends away.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in winemaking or sales is desirable but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a dedicated sales team and independently to achieve targets.
- A proactive attitude and resilience in a dynamic industry.
- Passion for the wine industry and a willingness to learn and grow in your role.
