Job Description
Are you ready to take a leap forward in your viticultural career? Our client, Farmer’s Leap, a premium winegrape producer in the heart of South Australia’s Limestone Coast, is seeking a passionate and experienced Vineyard Manager to join their innovative team.

This is a chance to shape the future of winegrape production and be part of a family-owned enterprise that have been innovators in agriculture since 1938.

You will be an integral member of the Farmers Leap team, providing positive leadership and day-to-day, hands-on management to their vineyard team.

About the role
You will lead the day-to-day vineyard operations and report to the Director. Your primary goal is to produce premium quality winegrapes.
You'll be, nurturing the vineyard, and contributing to the rich tapestry of Australia's winemaking heritage. Your expertise will directly influence grape quality that goes into creating award-winning wines.

What will you bring?

• Hands-on vineyard management experience
• A proven track record in leadership and team management
• In-depth knowledge of viticultural techniques and sustainable farming practices
• A connection to or understanding of South East SA's unique growing conditions
