Job Requirements

Role Overview:

As a Vineyard Operator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day care of our vines, contributing to the production of premium wines. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working in nature, and being part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Planting, pruning, and maintaining grapevines
• Irrigation management and vine health monitoring
• Weed control, trellis maintenance, and canopy management
• Harvesting grapes during peak season
• Assisting with general vineyard maintenance and equipment use

Requirements:
• Previous vineyard or horticultural experience is advantageous but not essential
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license
