Job Description
Working with our winemaker we are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking cellar hand with a genuine passion for making wine of the highest quality. We offer diversity in our vintage for the role working with small batches of reds and whites, learning and fun. Accommodation available at the winery. All fruit is hand picked.
Job Requirements
• Forklift licence a necessity
• Fruit receival ,weighing bins and recording
• Crusher , Destemmer operation
• Wine and Juice transfers
• Tank and equipment cleaning , sterilization
• Experience in all facets of lab work and operation
• Sampling of fruit and testing
• Barrel topping, stirring, filling and racking
• Other general cellar duties

Beechworth Wine Estates is a boutique vineyard located at Baarmutha 4km from the beautiful historical town of Beechworth. The property is situated on 53 acres half of which is planted with vines. Beechworth Wine Estates was founded in 2003 and is a family run and owned business. From its humble beginnings in 2003 BWE has made a name for itself by winning Victorian Wine Show and Rutherglen Wine Show Medals.

We grow a variety of grapes including Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo, Sangiovese, Shiraz, Barbera, Nebbiolo Tannat and Malbec
