Job Description
This hands-on role includes all vintage-related activities such as fruit receival, grape processing, fermentation monitoring, cleaning, and general winery operations. You’ll work alongside a passionate and experienced team in a fast-paced environment during one of the most exciting times of the year.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a premium winery and contribute to the production of high-quality wines in the heart of the Hunter Valley.
This role will start 5 January 2026 and will be ending in early to mid-March.
Job Requirements
- A strong interest in wine and winemaking
- Previous cellar or vintage experience highly valued
- Forklift license and RSA certification will be highly regarded
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
