Job Description
The Hope Wine Group encompasses Tower Estate, Virgin Hills and Hope Estate and has fast become an iconic winery in Pokolbin, the heart of the Hunter Valley. The winery is producing premium wines from our own vineyards in the Hunter Valley, Victoria and WA. Other facets of the business include Concerts, Functions, Events & Festivals as well as a multi-award winning Brewery and recently launched Distillery.

Job Requirements
We are presently seeking enthusiastic Experienced Vintage Cellar Hands with the following:

• Minimum 3 years Vintage experience in medium size winery
• Experience in operating Cellar equipment, particularly press, Cross flow, earth and RDV filter
• Be flexible and able to work under pressure
• An understanding that weekend work and extended hours are required during Vintage
• Enthusiasm and self-motivation
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A current driver’s licence, fork lift licence, confined space ticket (desirable but not essential)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good OH&S Awareness.

Remuneration is negotiable depending on experience.
