Job Description

- have Australian citizenship or a valid Australian work permit

Job Requirements
You will work with the Winemaking team to complete the required day-to-day winery operations, including:
- completing all cellar activities in accordance with job sheets within appropriate timeframes
- assisting with key cellar and winemaking processes including pressing, fermentation and filtration
- assist with maintenance of winery equipment to ensure the efficiency of cellar operations - this includes pumps, presses and plumbing
- communicate both maintenance problems and potential solutions to the site Winemaker and or Assistant winemaker

Applicants must have Australian citizenship/residency or a valid existing Australian work visa.
