Job Description
Torresan Estate Adelaide Hills is a family-owned winemaking, bottling and packaging facility based in Woodside Adelaide Hills.
Torresan Estate is seeking casual vintage cellar hands to join our small Winemaking team.
Job responsibilities include:
• Grape receival
• Crusher operation
• Equipment cleaning/sterilisation
• Maturity samples
• Some minor laboratory analysis
• Additions to tanks
• Transfers/Rackings
• Barrel work
• Pump overs
• Packaging operations as required
Job Requirements
Requirements
• Prior experience within the cellar is preferred
• A passion and basic understanding of vineyards and wine
• Ability to work autonomously and in a small team
• Strong communication with all members of the team
• A good attitude and strong work ethic.
• Australian driver's license/Forklift licence preferred
• Australian residency
• Requirement for working outside of normal hours.
