Job Description
Zonzo Estate, in the Yarra Valley, is seeking cellar hands for vintage 2020 to work in the newly developed urban winery.
Zonzo Estate is focused on premium wines made from estate fruit. This is an exciting new project and an opportunity to get in on the ground level of this growing brand. The winery is set up to handle small batch fermentation and attention to detail winemaking where quality is the driver.

We are looking for 2 successful applicants to be part of the small crew. There is potential for one of the vintage positions developing into a full-time role.

Job Requirements
The roles will involve a wide range of cellar activities including the following skills developed over a minimum of 3 yrs experience.

• Fruit received
• Ferment management
• Barrel work
• Basic winery lab skills
• Forklift Licence with a minimum 40 hours driving a forklift. This is non negotiable prerequisite.

In addition to the above experience:
• Ability to follow directions
• Understanding and adherence to winery safety
• Own transport

Applicants must have Australian citizenship/residency or a valid existing Australian work visa.

Applicants should be team players, have an excellent work ethic and be punctual. This position will be physically demanding and a pre employment medical questionnaire will be part of the application process.
