Are you passionate about wine and ready to be part of vintage 2026 in the stunning Yarra Valley? We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic vintage cellarhands to join our dynamic team at Hirsch Winery.
ABOUT US:
Hirsch Winery is at the forefront of the Yarra Valley wine scene. We have a fine-tuned and quality-focused approach to winemaking for parcels from 1T through to 100T. As we continue to grow, we are looking for individuals who share our passion for winemaking and want to contribute to our success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work in all winery operations in the vintage period
• Assist in some vineyard harvest operations if necessary
• Maintain hygiene and organization of the winery and equipment
• Participate in all routine cellar maintenance and upkeep
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a positive team environment

Job Requirements
• Ideally two or more previous vintages experience, but open to all hard working and enthusiastic professionals
• We are looking to fill a range of positions and value experience with all facets of winery operations
• A strong work ethic and a passion for the winemaking process
• Ability to work long hours and be a team player with great communication skills
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
