Job Description
Baileys of Glenrowan is an iconic North East Victorian winery, based in the Warby Range foothills at Glenrowan, Victoria. Originally established in 1870, the winery is steeped in history and heritage, and is an organically certified wine producer from grapes grown on our organic vineyard at Glenrowan, one of the largest in Australia.


Job Requirements
We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Vintage Night Shift Winemaker to join our 2022 Vintage Team.

You will be involved in all aspects of vintage winemaking from fruit receival and assessment to juice/wine clarification and fermentation management. You will have the ability to follow winemaking specifications and have knowledge to perform routine wine/juice analysis. Your role is hands on and you will work effectively in a close team environment. A minimum of 3 years' experience in winemaking, along with tertiary qualifications is a must.
Prior experience with EZY-Wine software is an advantage, as is an Australian Forklift qualification.

All applicants must be available to work shifts and be available for the entire Vintage period from approx. early February to April 2022.

All selected applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol test.
