Job Description
Hentley Farm is a single estate boutique winery nestled amongst rolling hills in the west of the Barossa Valley, producing exceptional wines and memorable experiences.
We are seeking applications from passionate individuals to join our team based at Seppeltsfield, SA across a few different roles.
Vintage Cellar Supervisor
We have an opportunity for an experienced cellar operator to join our vintage team to supervise afternoon shift. This is a hands-on role involving all vintage related operations, with a key focus on red ferment management.
Laboratory Technician
We are also seeking a laboratory technician. This is a fixed term contract, commencing in December 2023. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded, but not a must as all training will be provided.
Job Requirements
Applicants shall:
• Demonstrate efficiency and accuracy in performing a range of tasks
• Be quality focused and detail oriented
• Work effectively in a small team environment, as well as independently
• Maintain a good sense of humour in a fast-paced environment
• Play an active role in sustainability and WHS
Applicants must have strong written and verbal communication skills, and basic computer skills. Current high risk forklift license is a must for the cellar shift supervisor.
Applicants must be an Australian citizen or have a valid Australian work permit.
