Job Description
With our business growing, we are looking for a hands-on adventurous winemaker to join our team. We are a privately owned company that researches, develops, and produces oak products for the agri-food industries and have been operating for 30 years. We currently supply wineries, breweries, distilleries, and pharmaceutical companies around Australia with oak products.

We have a diverse business that includes a pilot winery undertaking small batch winemaking for our clients. We like to push the boundaries and are looking for someone that can embrace what we do and help craft the next generation of products. No two days will be the same with hands-on winemaking coupled with oak development, wine trial set up and customer visits all over Australia. Potential models include part time employment of an experienced and largely self-sufficient winemaker with a possible opportunity to use the facilities to build their own wine brand on the side.
